After our call, you’ll receive a proposal with package options reflecting your vision and brand. It’ll all be official after a contract and retainer fee.
Just relax and hang on! I’ll help you feel confident and comfortable as we work through filming.
The hard work is done! All content will be sent your way within a month or two after filming is complete. You’ll have guides to using the content you receive and as much post-delivery support you may need.
Other than filling out a quick onboarding guide, I will only need your approval to my production plan. You don’t have to plan a thing! (Unless you want to!!!)

I will not leave you in the dark with planning, small business owners and solopreneurs are always super busy and the last thing they have time to do is plan out their own video content shoots. When we work together, I will gather inspo, location ideas, plan an itinerary and require minimal work from you to execute the damn thing.
Video is highly engaging and builds a loyal connected audience on socials and beyond. It is a wonderful medium to share your story and values with potential customers, eventually converting them to IRL buyers.
Telling your story with video is the future and is painfully underutilized by your competitors, take this chance and make the most of it.

From you, all I need is some background information about your brand, links to access your business’s online presence, and any information you have about your vision. Other than these things I ask about in an onboarding questionnaire, I do all of the prep work to bring your vision to life. From storyboarding, scripting, inspo board gathering, to production planning, I take care of the time consuming stuff so all you have to do it show up and ROCK IT!
MORE ON MY APPROACH
I describe my approach as comfort centered and goal oriented. To me, these buzzwords mean I will be a relaxing but organized presence allowing your true self to shine while also getting content that will benefit your business. I enjoy filming so much, but editing is where the magic truly happens! The planned shots and important audio from a session are how I craft a meaningful story that will impact and connect you with your audience.
Music is the backbone to every video I create, it not only sets the tone but draws your ideal clients into the message! I use any curated playlists you have, your questionnaire responses, and general genre/artist preferences to select tracks that you and your ideal buyers will love!
Although I typically can’t use copyright music without additional costs, I can find something with similar vibes. I’m always willing to share a curated playlist on my music licensing platform! If there is a song that is trendy or resonates with your ideal buyers, we may be able to license it for an additional fee certain music platforms.
An important note to keep in mind, if you intend to use your commercial or promotional videos on TV stations, movie theater previews, or anything outside of social media and website marketing use, additional licensing fees likely apply. In this case, there are many royalty free tracks that would be available, although the music is usually generic & not as good.
After years of honing my craft and personalizing my experience, my pricing reflects my cost of living and the scope of work I complete for each project. I offer flexible extended payment plans, a retainer fee as low as 25%, and various package options to accommodate as many needs as possible. Keep in mind that the further ahead you reach out, the longer we can spread out payments. Please reach out regardless of your situation and I will do everything I can to make it happen!
Me freaking too, I prefer being behind the camera, trust. However, I pride myself in creating an atmosphere that facilitates comfort and lets folks be authentically themselves. No one expects you to be a movie star either, I want you to be yourself, awkwardness and ALL.
If at any point, you need a break from the lens, I’ll usually notice before you tell me and give you a break. All in all, between experience and situational awareness, I’ll do everything in my power to help you feel your best in front of my lens!

Short answer… I’ll travel anywhere your heart desires! I’m based in Mount Joy PA, so anywhere outside a 30 mile radius is associated with a mileage fee and any necessary accommodations. This is all quoted ahead of time and included in your initial package quote, so there won’t be any surprise fees unless plans change after our initial meeting.
